DOOLITTLE RAIDERS SHARING THEIR STORY:
In September 2005, “Doolittle Raiders” Tom Griffin and Dick Cole are seen addressing a group of college students at Kunming Normal University in the city of Kunming. The two veteran airmen were part of a group of 48 China and CBI vets who were members of a SAAHF led group that was invited to China by the Chinese Central Government to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the conclusion of the Second World War.
