EAST CHINA MUSTANG (14TH AIR FORCE)
A remarkable color photograph of a P-51D Mustang of the 23rd Fighter Group’s 118th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron that is seen on an Eastern Chinese airfield, possibly Liuchow. The photo is one of the many terrific wartime photographic images of aircraft of the 118th TRS, that are part of Robert Bourlier’s collection.
